Debra Fournier has been a registered dietitian and consulting nutritionist for 30 years. She has worked in hospital settings as well as in private practice counseling individual clients in both therapeutic and preventive nutrition. She also has been involved in program development of health and nutrition classes for corporations.

Debra received her Food and Nutrition BS from CSU Long Beach and interned at Yale New Haven Medical Center at Yale school of medicine in Connecticut.






Carol Argo emphasizes a harmonious blend of body, mind and spirit  in her teachings.  With over 25 years of fitness experience and numerous certifications she teaches Pilates, yoga and Nia (dance & martial arts fusion).  Carol has presented instructor training workshops throughout the US, Asia and Brazil. She has created four DVDs including the most recent “Anti Aging Method.”

Kyla Magtal, a Filipino native, got her license and degree in nursing at age 22.  She has been working at Torrance Memorial as a registered nurse devoting her time in helping others get well. 

Her passion for healing and love for holistic and therapeutic care has led her on to this amazing journey - massage therapy.  As she enjoys learning the different types of techniques to heal, she can work with you and guide you to your path of feeling simply serene.
